Kean is the Founder & CEO of MonetizeMore. He started MonetizeMore in 2010 with the goal to build a bootstrap business that would dramatically increase ad revenues for publishers. Over the years, Kean has perfected the proprietary MonetizeMore ad optimization model and now increases ad revenues for hundreds of publisher networks in over 40 countries.
Kean is an avid sports enthusiast and an even more passionate guy about traveling. He lives his dream of traveling the world and growing MonetizeMore. Kean believes that everyone on the MonetizeMore team should have location and time freedom. This means each team member can set their schedules and work from anywhere in the world. This is the lifestyle Kean has created for himself, and he believes each team member deserves a similar work lifestyle.

Vice President of Ad Optimization at MonetizeMore, specializing in Ad Tech, Publishing, Traffic Acquisition (PPC), and Forecasting. I oversee AdOps Team Department Operations, Ad Demand, and Business Insights, driving growth and optimizing performance.

With over a decade of experience in Ad Tech and an educational background in Electronics Engineering and Information Technology, I am committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions in the ever-evolving ad tech landscape.

Andrew Philbrick

VP of Finance

Andrew focuses on financial strategy, corporate finance, accounting and legal operations at MonetizeMore.

Andrew is a strategic finance leader with 20 years of experience steering high-growth media, technology, and AI companies, and 15 years of board experience with listed and private equity-backed firms. A Chartered Management Accountant with a BCom in Finance, Andrew spent 13 years in investments across Africa, the US, and Europe before being headhunted to lead Naspers’ Financial Markets division. There Andrew drove INET BFA to market dominance, later developing a global AI platform for e-commerce and tourism before specialising in media technology at Oovvuu and MonetizeMore.

Syed Tanveer Jishan

Chief Innovation Officer (Product, ML/AI and Data)

Syed is a product and machine learning professional with a decade of experience in both research and industry. Throughout this time, he has passionately leveraged ML/AI to reshape business and product strategies. Currently, he oversees the vision, strategy, and development of the product MonetizeMore AI. In the last five years, his journey has evolved into leading a dynamic team of machine learning and data engineers, guiding them in architecting and executing advanced systems to detect invalid traffic and safeguard ad impressions. His relentless dedication in these areas has been recognized by industry giants, as evidenced by MonetizeMore’s prestigious Google’s Most Innovative Technology Award wins in 2020 and 2022.
