Autozone Anchor-Bottom Unit, Close Button is Not Present on Page. Follow These Steps To Fix It

You have configured an Anchor-Bottom unit and it’s deployed properly on the page but the close (X) button is not working and your users are therefore not in control.

Per Google’s policy, users should remain in control — they can dismiss an ad when they find it’s not relevant or wants to free up the screen space.

Troubleshooting

1. Open your header bidding configuration and see if this unit was intentionally configured as Autozone Anchor-Bottom
2. Upgrade your Header Bidding version to the latest one
3. Re-run PubGuru Ad Inspector (PGAI) and see if the error persists
4. Report to dev or support@monetizemore.com for further investigation.
