How to use the Payment Settings in PubGuru

Here at MonetizeMore, we strongly believe that making on-time and accurate payments is a crucial factor in establishing great relationships with all our publisher partners.

This is why we are continuously improving our processes and giving you quick access to your payment settings is an important feature that we’ve integrated within the PubGuru platform for your convenience.

Access it by going to the user or profile icon at the topmost right section of the page and click on Payment Settings.

Here, you’ll be able to access your invoices or payout receipts. The payout receipts overview shows the following:

  • Payment Status (Paid, Received, Invoice)
  • Date
  • Statement Period
  • Payment Type (e.g. Google, Header Bidding, Traffic Cop)
  • Amount Paid and Currency
  • Download (for you to download a detailed PDF copy of your payout receipt)

Under the Payment Settings, you can also configure your payment details. This means that you can readily add or edit an existing payment entry.

To do this, click on the blue button labeled Configure Payment Details.

We work with Tipalti to ensure that your payment details are stored accurately and securely.

Here, you’ll need to fill out the required fields. Check that all the details entered are correct and complete to avoid payment delays.

Below are the most common payment methods that are available. Please note, however, that the availability of each payment method can vary depending on the country selected.

  • Direct Deposit / ACH
  • eCheck / Local Bank Transfer
  • Wire Transfer
  • Check
  • Paypal

Each payment method may require different sets of information, so carefully fill out the required fields for us to facilitate your payments efficiently.

Once you’ve finished entering your preferred payment option and details, you can click on the next button until you land on the confirmation page.

You can still go back and edit the information you entered should there be a need for you to do so. Just click on Configure Payment Details again and this time, click on the Edit button and enter the changes that you need to make until you get the confirmation message at the end.
