Having said that, below is our top 5 list for the best ad networks for your technology site other than AdSense and Ad Exchange.

This is a situation where it’s actually worth running Criteo at the top of your ad stack. We’ve noticed a great increase in your overall CPM once they are at the top. Keep an eye on the fill rate and adjust the frequency cap according to what they passback but it will work.

As mentioned in the previous installment in this series  It’s best to set up this ad network with a min CPM around the average ad inventory CPM and serve towards the top of the ad hierarchy. Like all ad networks, it’s important to run an audit for discrepancies. You can play around with these ad networks and set up passback chains and take advantage of the high 100% fill ad networks but you have to keep track of the impressions to make sure there are no inconsistencies.
