Kean Graham

Founder & CEO, MonetizeMore

Kean is the Founder & CEO of MonetizeMore. He started MonetizeMore in 2010 with the goal to build a bootstrap business that would dramatically increase ad revenues for publishers. Over the years, Kean has perfected the proprietary MonetizeMore ad optimization model and now increases ad revenues for hundreds of publisher networks in over 40 countries.

Kean is an avid sports enthusiast and an even more passionate guy about traveling. He lives his dream of traveling the world and growing MonetizeMore. Kean believes that everyone on the MonetizeMore team should have location and time freedom. This means each team member can set their schedules and work from anywhere in the world. This is the lifestyle Kean has created for himself, and he believes each team member deserves a similar work lifestyle.

Julio Monzon

President & Chief Operating Officer (COO), MonetizeMore

As President & COO, Julio works closely with each department head in order to make sure all teams at MonetizeMore work at their highest level of productivity. Whether it’s Support, Operations, HR, Finance, Ad Optimization or Sales, Julio leads the execution of various strategies and is responsible for the synergy between each team, the executives, and MonetizeMore’s valued publishers. Julio worked in finance for many years prior to MonetizeMore and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Victoria.

Jose Zarazua

Chief Technology Officer (CTO), MonetizeMore

As CTO, Jose’s responsibilities start from establishing MonetizeMore’s technical vision and product roadmap and extend to leading the Software Development team in producing systems that maximize revenue for our partners.

Jose has a Computer Science degree from Texas Tech University. Before joining MonetizeMore, Jose worked as a Web Developer for 4 years and Lead Developer for 2 years.

David Loschiavo

Chief Product Officer (CPO), MonetizeMore

David Loschiavo started coding before he could see over a steering wheel. Over his career, he’s specialized in high traffic website development, machine learning, intelligent agents, and advertising technology. He’s also a licensed US Patent Attorney. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Florida, his Juris Doctor with Honors from St. Thomas University, and his Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from George Washington University. David now leads our product development as Chief Product Officer.

Brandon Gains

VP of Marketing, MonetizeMore

Brandon is an established digital marketing leader with years of experience structuring integrated marketing plans to achieve traffic, qualified lead and quarterly revenue targets at leading technology companies. As VP of Marketing at MonetizeMore, he’s re-structured the marketing strategy to focus on the customer lifecycle and directly manages a team of marketers, designers and developers to execute our plan to drive tens of thousands of visitors, hundreds of qualified leads and build a vibrant customer community. In Brandon’s career he’s worked extensively with digital marketing teams both internal and external to create content production calendars, lead website redesigns and run digital media buying campaigns. He’s also built management processes for recruiting, training and managing an internal business development team to execute inbound and outbound marketing playbooks.
