Monetizemore is looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team! This person will facilitate the company’s standard hiring process for our technical team. Our ideal Technical Recruiter will report directly to the HR head and will work closely with the Technical Team Lead/CTO.

- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience, preferably BS IT or BS Computer Science graduate
With excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Must have work experience related to Recruitment of technical positions like Web Developer/Software Engineer, QA Engineer
Ability to conduct technical interviews and skills assessment
Must have knowledge in web development, AdTech experience/knowledge is a plus
